Cookies are the best served warm. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Take cookie out of wrapper, place on baking tray and bake for 2 minutes. If microwaved to warm, heat for 10-20 seconds. Eat/consume immediately. (See cookie care tab for additional serving and storage information).

Cookies are freshly baked to order. Thus, consuming cookies as soon as they are received is best. However, they can be transferred and stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days at room temperature. Those containing dairy, e.g., cream cheese, can be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated. Be sure to warm them before consuming. Follow warming instructions. Alternatively, you can freeze them in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

All cookies are freshly baked to ensure you receive the freshest and most delicious cookies upon delivery. Each cookie is individually wrapped and sealed in a food grade cellophane bag. We use tissue paper and bubble wrap for cushioning in mailer boxes for added safety, freshness and prevention of damages.

You will receive your order within 1-5 working days depending on area of delivery and quantity ordered. For large or special occasion orders, specific arrangements will be made. During busy seasons or high stages of load shedding, times may vary. You will be contacted if there are any delays with your order. We only deliver orders Monday to Fridays. All orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following week. We do not deliver on public holidays.

All order details including delivery address are final and cannot be altered after they have been placed and paid for. Please take extra care to enter all your details correctly. Once orders are placed, one cannot make changes.

Please contact us immediately should there be a quality defect. The entire order including the product in the full packaging, all in good condition without any damages must be returned for complete assessment. Ensure the order is returned within 48 hours of receipt (at customer’s own cost). Management will assess this issue at hand. Refunds will only be offered at management’s discretion. Not being available to receive delivery does not qualify for a refund or return or exchange (see refund and returns policy).

Cancellations in writing on email must take place 48-72 hours prior to dispatch/delivery or collection of order. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email in this regard. For late cancellation of orders, no refunds will be made available.

One can certainly gift an order to someone special or deserving. Please ensure accurate contact details (name, correct address, contact number) with clear delivery instructions are provided. Please ensure the person is available to receive and sign for the product.
