Agreement to Terms

This agreement is made between you, whether individually or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Heavensenttreats (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use may be altered at any time and for any reason by us, at our sole discretion. Sales tax will be charged to the cost of items as per our requirement. Prices are liable to alter at any time. All payments have to be paid in South African Rand.

You give us permission to charge all relevant shipping costs and the pricing in effect at the time of your order to the preferred payment method you provide. We have the right to make any corrections to price errors or typos, even after we have requested or received payment.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any order placed through the Site. We retain the authority to limit or cancel the quantity of purchases made by an individual, a household, or an order. Orders placed by or under the same customer account, orders made using the same payment method, and orders shipped to the same billing or shipping address may all be subject to these restrictions.
